A project OBS is a depiction of the project organizationarranged to indicate the reporting relationships within the projectcontext. The OBS reflects the way the project is functionallyorganized. It is a direct representation and description of thehierarchy and organizations that will provide resources to plan andperform work identified in the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). TheOBS is depicted on the Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM),where it is used to identify the organization responsible for everyelement of the WBS and Scope of Work (SOW).

PURPOSE The Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) is a project organization framework for identification of accountability, responsibility, management, and approvals of all authorized work scope. SCOPE BDR electronics is a farm for world-class Design and manufacturer of industrial electronic systems as elevator control boards, light dimmers and general control. OBS is used in the project management to map the WBS to the company organization structure.
