10. Resolved a motion by __________ seconded by __________ upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, Mr. Malone, that the Board of Education appoints Ms. Laurie Sanders as long term substitute, for Kindergarten, during leave of regular classroom teacher (April 1, 2013 to June 24, 2013) at a rate of $150.00 per day. _____ Yes; _____ No; _____ Abstain

11. In order to comply with Education Law, the following must be adopted by the board: Proposition for a Budget Vote on May 14, 2013 – 1. To adopt the annual expense budget of the School District for the fiscal year 2013/2014 in the amount of $5,350,310.00 and to authorize the requisite portion thereof to be raised by taxation on the taxable property of the School District. To authorize the establishment of a Capital Reserve Fund for the purpose of building improvements, renovations, technology upgrades and facilities for education programs.
