Participatory Photography Workshop for the Visually Impaired.
Conducted by Miss Carmella Balitaan and Mr. Claud

The workshop conducted for 3 Saturdays (originally scheduled for 4) was really encouraging and open my eyes for the possibility of enjoying again my hobby on photography when I was still having my full sight. Now having low vision is not a hindrance to pursue your greatest ambition in photography with the help of modern technology and inventions in this field. Even blind people, I’ve heard. Can now shoot and produce good photos. Although I know we can’t produce good or quality photos like the fully sighted at first, with the enthusiasm, perseverance and dedications as in other fields we can achieved what we aim for the best. The actual instructions and information we got from the workshop may be too basic or too little because of limited time, but there is lots of information in the internet to satisfy our cravings for information in photography. For me, the workshop gave us, Visually Impaired, another hope in life to go on normally as others. It opened another opportunity for us. And there are good people who help us and see these possibilities. I would like to thank you, Miss Melai and Mr. Claud, you are among them. Thanks for your efforts and sacrifices to help the Visually Impaired. May you have more success in your field of endevour.God bless.
