1. Open the protein. Copy the peptide sequence.
2. Open the mass calculator website http://db.systemsbiology.net:8080/proteomicsToolkit/FragIonSer vlet.html 3. On the mass calculator website: a. For ion/peaks of normal peptides i. Now paste the sequence in the peptide box of mass calculator. ii. Choose mass type “mono”. iii. Charge state of “+1”. iv. B and y ions. v. Click submit.
