PS level: It is a criterion for job evaluation within the pay scale group Positions wise or
cadre. 1 alphanumeric character.
CAP: It combines subgroups which are governed by the same valid collective agreement
provisions. A provision is a specific labor law regulation within the collective agreement.
Ex: 1.1 = Industrial workers/hourly wages.2 = Industrial workers/monthly wages.3 = Salaried
employees.4 = Non pay scale employees.5 = Public servant
