Phenolic Toilet Partitions

Phenolic toilet partitions are made with a special manufacturing process. They are composed of a laminate consisting of several composite fabric layers that have been treated with resin. These layers are pressurized and heated into an industrial strength laminate plastic. They are extremely durable, and they are highly resistant to water damage and bacterial buildup. This makes them ideal for high traffic environments. These units are vandal resistant and ideal for public schools and stadium restrooms. This is due to several features that make them very durable when attacked with deliberate mischief. If they are spray painted or written on with markers, they can be wiped clean without residual traces of color remaining on their surface. They are also resistant to chipping, denting, scratching, and gouging with pens. Phenolic toilet partitions are easy to clean. The moisture resistance of these units minimizes bacterial buildup and makes it easy for them to be washed or hosed down by your maintenance crews. Doctor’s offices, schools, municipal buildings, retail establishments, and public service organizations can maintain cleaner bathrooms with these stalls. Public gymnasiums and civic centers can also use these partitions in showers stalls. Choose between 17 colors to match the interior décor of any restroom. There is nothing plain about the colors you have available to you. The most basic colors available are black and white and match a variety of standard interiors, lavatories, and countertop styles. Other very stylized color options are available to match flooring, walls, ceilings, and countertops. Examples include, but are not limited to, sandstone, wild cherry, Labrador granite, and cotta stone. Phenolic toilet partitions can be mounted in many different ways to fit the interior architecture and size of specific restrooms and traffic areas. The most popular style is the overhead braced. It is supported by a bracket that extends up to the ceiling and back along a linear path parallel to the partition. This allows for universal fitting to all standard floor and ceiling constructions. Installation is easy in both remodels and new construction build outs. Floor braced phenolic toilet partitions are in buildings with very high ceilings. All support for the unit is concentrated in the floor bracket mounting. Provided there is a minimum of 3 inches of concrete construction beneath the floor, they can be anchored in a wide range of environments, including shower stalls. Aesthetically, they also create a sense of greater spaciousness within the room. If you have a low ceiling in your restroom, you can still have privacy with ceiling hung models. Any ceiling 8 feet or lower can be fitted with structural supports is an ideal environment for these partitions. One of the main benefits they offer is the absence of any floor mounting, which makes it possible for maintenance crews to clean underneath the walls and doors with no obstructions in the way. For restrooms that require maximum stability and vandal resistance, floor to ceiling phenolic toilet partitions are the best options. Mounts anchor on the top directly into the ceiling and extend all the way down to anchor directly to the floor. Urinal screens can also be purchased in the same material and colors.
