Nick is a member of the Corporate Development Team at The Brink's Company, a global leader in security-related services. services. He focuses on strategy and internat international ional acquisitions and has work worked ed on projects in the Asia Pacific, EMEA, Latin America and North America regions. Brink's services include armored car transportation, money processing, long-distance transport of valuables, vaulting and other value-added solutions. Prior to joining The Brink's Company, Nick performed due diligence, d iligence, valuations and portfolio company monitoring for American American Capital, a publicl publicly y traded private equity firm and gl global obal asset manager. He graduated from McIntire with concentrations in Finance and Accounting and began his career as an investment banking analyst at Houlihan Houlihan Lokey. Nick serves as a McIntire McIntire Alumni Trustee Leader for the the Class of 2005.

Cailin is an analyst for the Credit Policy group that supports Corporate Banking in the Washington, D.C. market. She is responsible for underwriting existing and new relationships within the group’s client portfolio which is primarily comprised of companies that earn between $30 $ 30 million and $500 million in annual revenue. Her direct responsibilities include researching client profiles, identifying credit risks,

 

analyzing transaction structure, uncovering contingent liabilities and assessing financial performance. She also reviews customer relationships on a quarterly or semi-annual basis, occasionally accompanying Corporate Banking relationship managers to meetings with client companies. Cailin joined PNC full-time in August 2010 as an analyst, starting in PNC’s credit training program in Philadelphia and later completing sales and product training in Pittsburgh. Prior to joining PNC, Cailin interned in the summer of 2009 for Alvarez and Marsal in the Dispute Analysis and Forensic Accounting group with a focus on the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy filing. In 2008, Cailin was a summer analyst at Lehman Brothers in the Legal, Compliance and Audit Group. Geoff Peters was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Wikoff Color Corporation in August, 2010, and served as the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer since September, 2006 when he joined the company. Geoff spent most of his 30-year career career with Sea-Land Servic Service, e, a global logistics company, and Setech Incorporated, Incorporated, a $250 million integrated sup supply ply company. His diverse management experience includes serving as Vice President and General Manager – Europe for Sea-Land and Chief Operating Officer for Setech. Wikoff Color manufactures manufactures inks and coatings for the printi printing ng and packaging industries. The company’s products end up on the packaging of a number of well-known consumer brands including Starbuck’s, Chick-fil-A, Stouffers, Stouffers, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Coke, Pepsi and Victoria’s Secret. Wikoff Color is an employee-owned company with 30 manufacturing plants throughout the U.S. and Canada and international operations in the UK, Chile Chile and China. The company’s headquarters are located in Fort Mill, SC. Geoff is a native of Baltimore, MD. Matt Preece is a Partner and co-head of the Consumer Group at McColl Partners, a middle-market investment bank headquartered in Charlotte with additional offices in Dallas, Atlanta, and Los Angeles. Before McColl Partners, Mr. Preece worked as an associate at CapitalSouth Partners, a middle market private equity fund, where he gained principal investing experience in leveraged buyouts, acquisition and growth financings, and recapitalizations. recapitalizations. Mr. Ridge is responsible for financial oversight and leadership of P&G’s $9B global employee services business which includes operations such as payroll, pension administration, and travel management that are delivered to 127,000 employees in in 80 different countries. Across 23 years experience in Pr Procter octer & Gamble, he has worked in a broad variety variety of Finance & Accounting Accounting roles. John Burris is Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Sourcefire, Inc. (Nasdaq: FIRE), the creator of Snort® and a global leader in intelligent cybersecurity solutions. Burris joined Sourcefire in July 2008 and brings over 20 years of leadership, management, sales and corporate development experience to the Company.

 

Before joining Sourcefire, Burris was a key contributor to the decade of growth achieved by Citrix Systems. Burris served as Senior Vice President from 1999 until 2008, during which time the company's annual revenues increased from $400 million to $1.4 billion. Additionally, Burris was employed by Lucent Technologies from 1994 to 1999 as Vice President and General Manager of the Gulf States region. Prior to 1994, Burris was employed in various sales and customer service capacities for AT&T Corp., including terms as Managing Director for AT&T's Asia/Pacific and European operations. Stewart E. McHie Program Director, MSBA and Adjunct Professor  Catholic University of America

Mr. McHie joined the CUA staff and faculty in January, 2010 to develop the new Masters of Science in Business Analysis program with department chair Dr. Andrew Abela. Stew joins CUA following his retirement in September 2009 from ExxonMobil.  A 34 year veteran of of Exxon and ExxonMobil, ExxonMobil, Stew served in a variety of business analysis, strategic planning, and sales management positions in the United States, Australia and England. Following a series of overseas assignments, Mr. McHie returned to the US and led the effort to reposition the Exxon Brand in the United States. This initiative was later extended to all Esso Brands outside of the US. With the merger of Exxon and Mobil in 2000, Mr. McHie was named to his last position of Global Brand Manager where he led strategic development for Brand Positioning, Consumer Research, Communications, and Marketing Program execution for ExxonMobil's global fuels operations. Mr. McHie earned a bachelor degree d egree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and lives in Fairfax, Virginia where he recently served on the Board of Directors of The Advertising Council and Fairfax County School System Marketing Advisory Board.
