Family Planning
 Program which regulates the large number of
births in a way that does not cause any damages
direct result of childbirth for mothers, babies,
families and communities.
 Family Planning is attempting to regulate the
child's birth, the distance and the ideal age give
birth, birth control through the promotion,
protection and assistance in accordance with the
reproduction rights to create quality family.

Why its Needed ?
 Over Population Growth
 Unbalanced community distribute all of Indonesian people
 For coupled that prevent to have child

Islamic View ?
 The scholars who allow KB agreed that family
planning (KB) allowed syari`at is a business
arrangement / birth spacing or the prevention of
pregnancy while the agreement of husband and wife
because of certain situations and conditions for the
benefit (beneficiaries) families. Thus KB herein have
the same meaning as Tanzim al nasl (setting descent).
As far as understanding is Tanzim al nasl (setting
descent) and not tahdid al nasl (restrictions descent)
within the meaning of sterilization (taqim) and
abortion (isqot al-haml), then KB is not prohibited

Contraseption ?
 Contraception is derived from the word counter and
conception. Cons means "fight" or "prevent" while the
concept is a meeting between a mature egg cell with
sperm resulted in pregnancy. Contraception is to avoid
or prevent pregnancy as a result of the meeting
between the egg with sperm cells.
 Contraceptives are attempts to prevent pregnancy.
Efforts could be temporary, can also be permanent.

Amenore Lactation Method


The mother breastfeed their babies as daily



Pre menstruation



This method effectively used until the baby is 6 months old



Mother did not separate from the baby for 6 hours in a day



Should be continued with the use of other contraceptives.

Fertile Period Method


contraception by avoiding intercourse during the fertile mother. This
method is only effective when conducted in an orderly and mother know
when the fertile period lasts.

Coitus Interruptus
 Is the traditional method of contraceptives where ejaculation is
done outside the vagina. Its effectiveness is 75-80%. Factors
failure usually occurs because no sperm were already out before
ejaculation, orgasms or delayed issuing her genitals before
ejaculation.

Condom
 Condoms work by blocking the sperm meeting the egg by
holding the tip of the tests on the rubber sheath that is not
parading into the female reproductive tract

Tubektomi


Voluntary tubal ligation is a surgical procedure to stop the fertility of a
woman permanently.



The mechanism is mengoklusi tubes (tying and cutting or put the ring)
so that sperm can not meet the ovum.

Vasectomy


Vasectomy is occlusion of vasa deferens so that the flow trasnportasi
hampered sperm and fertilization does not occur.

HORMONAL CONTRACEPTION
Contraception Pill

How it Works the Pill
(A) Blocking the production of pituitary gonadotropins and continuously, so
that ovulation does not occur;
(B) Changing the consistency of the cervical mucus becomes thick and
viscous, so that penetration and transport sperm are prevented or difficult
or not possible at all;
(C) Changing the peristaltic tube and uterus, thereby disrupting the
transport of sperm or ovum;
(D) Potential changes in the endometrium,
(E) Changing the sensitivity of the ovaries to gonadotropin stimuli.

Ways of working


These drugs block the ovulation by way of suppressing the formation of
hypothalamic releasing factor.



Grow thick cervical mucus, preventing sperm penetration through the
cervix uteri.



Implantation of ovum in the endometrium blocked.



Speed ovum transport through the fallopian changed
