With over 18 years of professional experience, including four C-7 certified personnel and four certified Naval Basic Paint Inspectors (NBPI), the staff has come together to complete numerous contracts and satisfy countless clientele. Differentiators Having close to 50 years of combined experience, Premier Decking, LLC and Mizar Construction, Corp. is bidding on the proposed contract under a Teaming Agreement. Together, we are best suited for the necessary repairs/alterations/rehabilitations for government commercial and residential buildings in New York City. We have our Class C contracting license and are currently undergoing the requirements to obtain the Class B licensing. Not many companies will have our bonding capability, which assures our competency. We even have employees who are Certified Carpenters, C-7 Certified, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), Certified Inspectors, Certified NBPI (Naval Basic Paint Inspectors), Certified Project Managers LMCI (Labor Management Cooperation Initiative), as well as Certified Foremen.
