On or about December 28, 2015 Defendant posted disparaging and intimidating remarks on Facebook. Said remarks are thoroughly FALSE! As TRUTH is the ONLY defense to Defamation, and Cyber-bullying is more deadly than in a classroom, restaurant, etc. as most often, the victims are alone, with none to console them; Plaintiff filed Complaint # BC and is seeking public support as she navigates the court system in Pro Per seeking justice and to bring attention to this most vile form of harassment. Plaintiff is also Prayerful that a law student seeking a case for their studies will consider the ensuing cause or that an Attorney may see the case and be willing to help pro bono or on contingency.

PRESS RELEASE
On December 31 2015, In the Superior Court of California County of Los Angeles at
the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, Complaint Number BC605898, claiming Libelous
Defamation of Character, was filed in response to a current online character
assassination attempt, which surfaced on or about December 28, 2015, via Facebook. In
an act of what Plaintiff, Queen Searles coins, “INTELLECTUAL
SENSATIONALISM,” she is seeking justice by following the Higher Order of Laws
rather than seeking to retaliate through verbal or physical assaults against self or others.
In an effort to quell attempts to foil Plaintiffs many successes as she continues spiraling
her way up from oppression inflicted by a small band of students that wreaked havoc in
Plaintiff’s life nearly two decades ago; Defendant, Altee Johnson posted extremely
disparaging remarks, specifically calling Plaintiff’s online fundraiser, posted on
www.gofundme.com/HomelessEducator a “Scam,” which seems to have put an
untimely halt to Plaintiff’s fundraiser, created to help her make necessary repairs and
avoid the lowest levels of homelessness and reside safely in her RV while her
“FATHER PREPARES her mansion.” Defendant’s posts and the comments of her
followers are also subjecting Plaintiff to undue public mockery and belligerence. One of
Defendant, Altee Johnson’s, followers pugnaciously suggested that they “Kick
[Plaintiff’s] ass…”
Defendant’s vile public crucifixion sent Invisible, Wi-Fi Daggers piercing into the
head, heart and entire being of Plaintiff causing excruciating pain, as Plaintiff was in her
RV that an unrighteous mechanic tampered with, alone; cold, out of gas, with very little
power on her phone; having just left a too cold office, where the Internet was not
working again and there existed an overwhelming ant infestation, following up on
Plaintiff’s online plea for help!!!
On January 12, 2016 Plaintiff, Queen Searles, filed an Amended Complaint in the
aforementioned cause and has prepared a motion to file service via alternative means
and/or Publication On January 19, 2016, or shortly thereafter. The only case law that
Plaintiff could find on this matter arises out of New York. As Plaintiff is operating in
Pro Per, it is highly unlikely that this case will be precedent setting for California to
allow service to be effectuated via Facebook. Therefore, Plaintiff is seeking the
Public’s assistance in paying the fees for filing by Publication. Said fees begin at
$190.00 for local circulation and the fee for filing in another state has to be determined.
As online bullying is the most recent form of “How to Get Away With Murder,” It is
imperative that the General Public demonstrates interest the ensuing cause of Searles v
Johnson, Case No BC605898. Attorneys’ retainer fees for such a case begin at $10,000
and $250.00 per hour. Help make JUSTICE possible for a homeless teacher,
entrepreneur, writer, business and entertainment professional, etc. who is prepared to
demonstrate how to fight back with the power of the pen, using the Laws of Our Land,
coupled with UNIVERSAL LAW, and standing on FAITH, EMPOWERED TO
SUCCESSFULLY MOVE FORWAD.
