Prevention is Better Than Cure

Dear Sir,
India is a tropical country with huge variation in caste, Creed and culture.
Population of the country is rising drastically along with global warming figures.
We can easily expect that coming years shall be even worst as far as natural
calamities are concerned. With so much variations in country, Land is limited,
population and global warming increasing one can imagine whats there in future
ahead.

I can see you as the best prime minister the country has got since independence
but at tougher time, that’s reality.
Finally india is getting bullet trains all due to your vision- I am thankful to you as
your children/praja my lord.
Please note that Roti, Pani, kapda Aur Makaan is the minimum requirement for an
individual.
But with above trends we need to take immediate action/steps to ensure that our
countrymen gets all the above minimum requirement.
As on date nearly 25-30 % of the country is in drought. People are not having
even drinking water.
In coming years the figure will worsen. Our country is surrounded by sea on 3
sides, so even if we don’t have enough water due to natural resources, we can
still manage the water requirement but it would need huge monetary
investments or a plan to deliver in coming years.
I have a proposal in the context for which I want to meet you for few minutes if
possible:
Put mega RO plants at the coastals and plan out cross country pipeline from
coastal to interior through/beside railway lines. The water shall be pushed in
through Booster pumps at different levels as it is done in cross country pipelines.
The water can be routed to different rivers as well but can lead to losses.
As far as Finance is concerned there can be many possible routes :
1. Looking for low rate loans
2. Involving business man with some lucrative offers/rebates/tax reliefs.
3. Crowd funding
Dear Sir, Please note that prevention is better than cure. And this is call of
time.
We need to take immediate action/steps for the same.
