2. Service Delivery Report (Issued Policy Details)
3. List of Agent reported active by Agents contract team

4. Life Associate compensation policy for Monthly
Conveyance
5. To be shared by 2nd working after month end
Compute Agent Productivity - NoP and FPC after applying
relevant Product and Payment mode weightages (defined in
Policy) Vol - Currently LA 3900 approx, addition 200 per month
Compute each Agent Local
Conveyance Egibility using the
i) Productivity and eligibility grid
ii) vintage ( as defined in policy)
Submit the above computation to Finance operations for
validation
Finance to validate the
computation
Resolve queries raised by Finance team
and recomputed if required
Validation Recd from Finance team
DPLI FPA forward the Validated eligibility criteria to Branch
offices (Office heads / Branch Agency co-coordinators), LA to be
communicated by mail where e-mail id are avaialble and to CA
firm - Vol LA getting paid is 275

the local conveyance eligibility to LA using various means - Phone
calls, On personal visits
LA to claim the Local Conveyance using the Prescribed format
(PRF) and submit the form along with the necessary documents
to Branch for onward remittance to CA firm.
