communicate with my students.
By attending this conference I will be able
to learn from language teachers that have
more experience than I with teaching in
Asia.
By attending this conference I will learn
about the innovations in English Language
Teaching and Learning.
Writing relective journals after completing

Design creative materials for five different
lessons.

By designing my own materials, I have the
opportunity to practice being creative when
making more materials. Also, this benefits
my students and myself since I can use
these materials in my own class.
After having formed great relationships
with my colleagues, I hope we can share
ideas and learn from each other. More
importantly though, I hope to have a
mentor (an experienced teacher) from
whom I can learn helpful strategies for
teaching and managing the class.
