*Structural Repair claimed insufficient thickness of
reinforced concrete (1inch) on the edge lead to
dampness on the lift core.
*They reported waterstop failure on Passenger lift along
the certain perimeter of lift core.
Some rooms were flooded due to incoming of heavily
rain through window opening.
Q: Necessary to temporarily seal some windows?
