Ms. Jerez-MacPherson served as a "seconded" employee to Bechtel Power in prepar ing or reviewing combined license applications for construction and operation of nuclear power plants in the southeastern and eastern U.S. Particular expertise is provided in assessment of geologic hazards and tectonic stability of sedimen tary systems in the Gulf of Mexico basin and the Appalachian orogen of the U.S. Atlantic margin. Responsibilities include analysis of programmatic and technical schedules, preparation of draft responses to congressional and oth er questions, and support to the development of major program outreach documents . 07/1999 - 08/2004 Booz*Allen & Hamilton, Senior Consultant in Program Management Previous client lead support activities include assisting Federal staff in budge t development/justification and international waste management technology progra ms. In support of the OCRWM Office of Program Management, she oversees the prep aration of high-level statutory documents such as the Annual Report to Congress and the Civilian Radioactive Waste Management Program Plan. The revision of the technical baseline inc luded working across organizational lines to develop an acceptable concept of in tegrated requirements management for external and internal requirements across t he Yucca Mountain Project. The concept was then expressed in the development of a PC-based database populated with traditional design-related requirements as w ell as other mandated "programmatic" requirements identified as applicable to th e Project. The database information was formatted into reports and technically reviewed to produce a fully qualified technical baseline revision that expanded the scope of the previous Project baseline to include all significant externally mandated requirements. Served as senior report team leader in preparing environmental baseline surveys for five U.S. Army facilities for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle Dist rict.
