Justification and Description
This party is important for Hun Sen Koh Andet High School teachers, students and alumni and allow them to share budget for school development.
Acceptance Criteria

Complete the party successfully The party can complete in the arrangement date and schedule High percentage of participants’ satisfaction (90%) The party can finish within the amount of planning budget.
Deliverables
1. Strong relationship among participants 2. Gain some profit for school development
Exclusions
1. Not a former student of Hun Sen Koh Andet High School 2. No invitation
Constraints
1. Budget constrain: the budget for party will be supported by participants 2. Cost and Profit constrain: >= $10 for alumni, >= $25 for sponsors 3. Schedule constrain: The party is conducting in 1 October 2016.
Assumptions
1. 300 alumni and 30 Sponsors 2. All invited alumni and sponsors will join the party 3. All request will be responded By Business 4 us
