Promotions Coordinator Promoting the event is critical in terms of attracting delegates and generating hype around campus about the event. The promotions coordinator should concentrate on a poster campaign as well as inventing innovative ways to promote the event. The advertising campaigns you plan should have a strong presence on campus, and extend to every faculty to ensure we reach as large of an audience as possible. Other methods that could be used to promote the event include Facebook ads, and space in The Silhouette. This position is closely linked to the Communications Coordinator position and the two should keep in close contact. Responsibilities designing posters for the event brainstorming and running creative promotional campaigns to promote the event having posters approved, printed, and distributed attracting applicants to the conference from all faculties
