Pray for those God is sending you to train and to prepare b. Focus on the willing and committed c. Train them informally d. Expose them to actual situation e. Pray for the sick f. Hold funeral service g. Teach them actual deliverance h. Push them to follow-up i. Expose them to evangelism j. Create opportunities for preaching k. Train them to prophesying l. Let them do the counselling 3. Prepare the church for your going out to the missions 4. Continue going on mission trips and expose others too a. Short terms b. Then Long terms but the church must be ready c. Your church is a missionary sending church 5. Don’t let compartmentalization people in the ministry a. Let them do the ‘all-work’ of a believer. 1) Evangelism/witnessing 2) Ministering 3) Counselling 4) Etc. b. Prevent glamourizing of ministries 6. Don’t compare yourself to other people or other ministers 7. You are body ministers a. Continue to do the body ministering 8. Fiery preaching (Vangie) 9. Seasons of God are to be waited upon and flowed with 10. Family breakthrough is coming
