USES < SAFECORE SF is used as a hard wearing, hygienic, chemical resistant and taint free coating, suitable for contact with foodstuffs and potable water after cure.

SAFECORE PU SEALER Two part aromatic polyurethane base clear coating for interior use only. It provides glossy, tack free surface and has excellent adhesion to concrete, marbles, stonework, galvanized sheet and epoxy coating. Also it is UV resistant, has low viscosity, excellent chemical resistant and quick cure time. SAFECORE AS High performance, single pack resin based floor coating, has slip resistant in dry condition, good chemical and abrasion resistant, non - toxic, good bonding with surface and available in different colors. Coverage: 8 -10 m2 per litre. SAFECORE VC It is a two pack vinyl ester based coating for concrete and steel surfaces with outstanding resistance to aggressive acids, solvents and alcohols. FAIRCOAT CLEAR It is an aqueous based creamy, silane-based, protective, decorative, anti-carbonation coating having thixotropic property and outstanding ability to impregnate high quality concrete and reinforced concrete. SAFECORE LP It is a lapoxy, hard wearing, hygienic, high solid taint free coating, improves performance, excellent weathering characteristics, flexibility, Abrasion resistant, good mechanical properties, gives semi glossy furnish. Coverage : 8-9m² per 5 kg pack per two coat. SAFECORE AR High build, solvent free flexible epoxy coating. Thixotropic hardwearing & hygienic chemical resistant coating. Good chemical and acid resistance with flexibility. DFT: 400 to 500microns. Coverage : 9-10m² per 5kg pack per two coat. SAFECORE CE High build, solvent free flexible epoxy coating. Thixotropic hardwearing and hygienic chemical resistant coating. Good chemical and acid resistance with flexibility. DFT: 400 to 500microns. Coverage : 12-13m² per 5 kg. pack per two coats. SAFECORE ZRP It is a two part, epoxy zinc rich primer, which can be applied on steel galvanized surfaces to protect the surface from weathering & chemical resistant. It can be over coated with epoxy, polyurethane or chlorinated rubber etc. and does not get affected by welding or cutting operation of steel. Coverage: 11-12m² per 5kg per two coats. SAFECORE PU SEALER Two part aromatic polyurethane base clear coating for interior use only. It provides glossy, tack free surface and has excellent adhesion to concrete, marbles, stonework, galvanized sheet and epoxy coating. Also it is UV resistant, has low viscosity, excellent chemical resistant and quick cure time. SAFECORE AS High performance, single pack resin based floor coating, has slip resistant in dry condition, good chemical and abrasion resistant, non - toxic, good bonding with surface and available in different colors. Coverage: 8 -10 m2 per litre. SAFECORE VC It is a two pack vinyl ester based coating for concrete and steel surfaces with outstanding resistance to aggressive acids, solvents and alcohols. It provides excellent flexibility, adhesion and hardness to steel and concrete and is tough, durable and abrasion resistant. Coverage: 9-10m² per 5kg per two coats. DFT: 150 to 200 microns.
