Qualifications

Ir Dr Lau Wing Tat, Eddy Ir Dr Eddy WT Lau holds a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) in Build ing Services Engineering, a Master of Science (Distinction) in Mechanical Engine ering, a Master of Business Administration and a Doctor of Philosophy. He is an accredited BEAM Professional, HKQAA SBI Verifier, Registered Energy Assessor, Qu alified Service Provider (Energy-cum-Carbon Audit), Registered Professional Engi neer (Building Services), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heat ing Engineering and Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE). Currently, he works in Hong Kong Green Building Council as the Head of Green Lab elling. Before that, he had worked in the MTR Corporation Ltd, the Kowloon-Canto n Railway Corporation and Parsons Brinckerhoff (Asia) Ltd in building services d esign, project management, energy and asset management. He has more than 18 year s¡¦ experience in the industry and has published more than 18 papers mainly in the H KIE Journal and the Building Journal HK China.
