Transportation engineering- one of the specialization of civil engineering profession that
emphasizes on the comprehensive insights to the theories as well as the implementation in
practice to call for the demand for the transport problem and improve transportation
system.
Transport- moving people/goods from one place to another by any means
Traffic- movement of people/vehicle which includes non-vehicular traffic
Mobility- ability of a person/people to move around
Accessibility- the relative ease with which a place of interest can be reached
