2. Carry comprehensive outdoor first aid kit. Current Outdoor First Aid Certification.
3. Carry cell phone and relevant contact details.

Chief Instructor: Dave Brash, Dunedin Climbing Ltd. Professional rock climbing instructor, with several hundred
days’experience teaching groups at local outdoor venues since 1995.
Current approved outdoor first aid qualification
NZOIA Stage 2 Rock Climbing Instructor and Senior Assessor
B.App.Sci. (Human Movement), Diploma of Education (Qualified Secondary PE teacher)
Other instructors: To be advised. Qualifications and experience will exceed EOTC guidelines

Students to bring warm clothing, parka, food, water, sunscreen (and camera)
School to inform instructor of any special needs/medical conditions
Groups of students to rotate c10am - 2pm; Dunedin Climbing will have full responsibility for the climbing group, while the
school will have responsibility for the non climbers.
3-4 adult helpers required with each group; adults will belay the students.
Wet weather call will be made at 7.15 am each day

No previous experience is required by adults: full briefing will be given
