Enclosed in these pages are the results of the annual Ventura County Star Readers’ Choice survey. You, our readers, have picked your favorites in 131 categories of food and services throughout the county and surrounding area. For the second straight year, balloting was conducted online only and occurred over a three-we three-week ek period in January. More than 80,135 votes were counted from a record 4,236 ballots cast.
