The fourth year students of BS in Accounting Technology are humbly requesting your good office to
make a reservation of Reimer’s Hall for our activity. In line with our subject in Foreign Language 100 we
are conducting a Film Showing entitled SCARE-A-THON for the students of Central Luzon State
University on the 11th and 12th of February from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The activity would involve a gathering of 300 individuals.
We have found Reimer’s Hall to be most fit for our activity since it has all the necessary facilities. We
would require making use of the furniture such as tables and chairs. Assure you to maintain the venue in
good condition during the activity. We have an assigned committee to manage the restoration of the
venue.
