OBJECTION TO MOTION TO OBTAIN REVERSE MORTGAGE
Pursuant to the rules of the CT Probate Court, CT General Statutes, and the Patients Bill
of Rights, I Louis J. Russo, of 11 Hammond Rd, New Fairfield CT 06812, the conserved
person and estate hereby submit my OBJECTION to the court specific to the Motion to
obtain a Reverse Mortgage on my property for the reasons set forth herein:
1. I do not agree to the debts allegedly placed upon both my estate and me.
2. I have provided the court notice, dated Jan 22, and provided in person the same
notice during the January 28th, 2015 Probate Court Hearing detailing my
grievances and seeking judgment against Mark Broadmeyer and Candace Fay for
the debts alleged against my person and estate.
3. I never knowingly consummated or agreed to any of the debts currently against
my person and estate.
4. I was never consulted nor did I ever authorize or agree to the Pre Judgment
Remedy entered into between Pope John Paul Nursing home and Attorney
Candace Fay.
5. No charges or debts should have ever occurred against my person and/or estate
for either hospitalization or nursing home care as I was and am eligible for free
nursing home and hospitalization at any Veterans Affairs Hospital in the State of
CT.
6. I have claimed, as alleged in my notice to the court dated Jan 22nd, 2015 that the
appointed conservator, Mark Broadmeyer and appointed attorney, Candace Fay
violated their fiduciary responsibility and professional conduct and argue
therefore that any debts incurred for their failures to act in the best interest of me
and my estate be theirs to satisfy and not mine.
7. I believe that if my advocate, Daniel R. Gaita, is no longer interfered with by the
court appointed Conservator, I will be eligible for a Veterans Pension through the
VA which will bring my monthly income in-line with my monthly expenses and
cost of living.

8. Further that the income received through Social Security and Veterans Pension
will still place me below the poverty threshold and thus I will be eligible for
further assistance specific to my Electricity costs and additional assistance for
Food Stamps (SNAP)
9. As a result of the above, I object to my person and estate taking on a reverse
mortgage, debt, nor do I agree to, or authorize a reverse mortgage to pay for the
alleged failures and malfeasance on the part of Mark Broadmeyer and Candace
Fay.
