DEAR Øysten Kvalvik I have been studying Architecture for three years at the University of Sheffield Hallam , during this time I have worked on 7 individual projects out side of my university course.. These include projects to develop temporary architecture after the Haiti earthquake and a piece of temporary architecture I am planning to build in a village in sierra Leone next to the school we developed. My attention to detail and immaculate delegating to ensure that every project I participate and work on is done successfully with the highest standard. I am experienced with working in teams and reaching deadlines. In the past I have been put in authoritative roles that I have found very comfortable with contractor, builders and suppliers during my property developer position and recent architectural practice experience. My communication skills and positive attitude in practice and on site makes me an effective communicator with clients I possess immaculate skills both technical and computer which are proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, sketch up, 3ds max, InDesign & vector works. In previous jobs have been expected to make an appearance to site visits, take annotations from clients requiring extensions and alterations to their building, researching and applying for planning permission, exercising my understanding of British building regulations with client projects. An excellent knowledge of building regulations is my strong point.
