ACTIVATION TIME - 24 HOURS SUBJECT TO AIRCRAFT AVAILABILITY, FLYING AND LANDING PERMISSIONS, IDEAL WEATHER CONDITIONS, CONSENT AND INDEMNITY FOR TRANSFER AND CALL CONFIRMATION BY WAY OF CLEAR FUNDS PREPAYED TO OUR BANK ACCOUNT.
THE PICTURES AND MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS PROPOSED ARE REPRESENTATIVE AND VARY FROM AIRCRAFT TO AIRCRAFT.
• The aircraft can be made available subject to its availability and it not being booked by any other client. • The final cost quote can be given after receiving Medical report of the patient Telephonic talk with the treating doctor and finalisation of aircraft and dates of travel. • The cost excludes ground transportation of patient at both ends. • The cost can vary subject to the jurisdiction of payment and taxes applicable in that region. • The pilots decision is final and binding in all circumstances. • All flights subject to weather conditions. • Flight itienrary can change subject to weather, landing and flying permission, crew visa formalities and patient clinical conditions. • Cancellation policy is applicable for all air ambulance transfers.
