• The aircraft can be made available subject to its availability and it not being booked by any other client. • The final cost quote can be given after receiving Medical report of the patient Telephonic talk with the treating doctor and finalisation of aircraft and dates of travel. • The cost excludes ground transportation of patient at both ends. • The cost can vary subject to the jurisdiction of payment and taxes applicable in that region. • The pilots decision is final and binding in all circumstances. • All flights subject to weather conditions. • Flight itienrary can change subject to weather, landing and flying permission, crew visa formalities and patient clinical conditions. • Cancellation policy is applicable for all air ambulance transfers.
