In connection with my 39 M.A units that were acquired during the years that I am not in
the government service, I have the honor to request for a Certificate of Accreditation. All the 39
MA units were earned from 2007-2010 at the Philippine Normal University, Taft, Manila. I was
not able to secure a study permit since I am not in the government service until February 2011.
