If you are an existing HSBC customer and would like to take advantage of either of these offers, or if you would like to transfer to HSBC, please complete the appropriate areas on the form overleaf. Note that you will need to phone Liz at Pembrokeshire Tourism on 01646 622228 to get the BHA member number and you will also need your own Pembrokeshire Tourism membership number to complete the form. The above rates are subject to the following: 1. The total Corporate/Business/Purchasing Card acceptance must be less than 15% of the total cards turnover, or you may be subject to an individual negotiation 2. The total Card Not Present transactions accepted must be less than 15% of the total cards turnover, or you may be subject to an individual negotiation 3. The Minimum Activity Fee for maintaining your facility will be £20 p/m 4. Terminal rentals - standard terminal are priced at £15 + VAT p/m; portable terminals will be charged at £18+VAT for the first terminal supplied, and at £15+VATp/m for the second/third etc.
