Each new zone is introduced by a breakout space; a transition zone that breaks up the use of material for a visual and literal moment of rest.

MegaBytes Law Office

A monumental staircase was built within the space to connect the use of materials onto both floors. A datum was created using the height of the storage drawers. This datum changed material depending on if the space was public or private.

FP3 Condominiums

Taking inspiration from architect Alvar Aalto and his ideas of bringing nature inside, the surrounding urban environment and its materials were designed into the interior space.

FP3 Condominiums

lisha Petipas-Haggerty 10

The materials included are brick, glass, stone, and concrete. All of these building materials were softened and organized to create a modernized interior reflective of the sustainability surrounding the architecture of the FP3 building. FP3 Condominiums
lisha Petipas-Haggerty 11

The entry level includes the master bed and bath, which are distinguished in design by the use of natural, not building, materials.

The design for this nightclub was required to involve a natural phenomenon. A desert oasis was the idea used. The dance floor was the desert, with the bars and lounges as the drink and rest associated with an oasis.

Research has proven patients heal better in an environment they can control, one that feels like their own. LED lighting is used in the patient room, giving them the option to change the color to fit their desires for a sense of individuality.
