and he indicated did want me off and
that is what permanent disability
means. Doctor said there no other
interpretation. I should go to work.
Those are lifetime restrictions.

Dusty tried to have me do this test. It
was weird it was just over the 70 days
since I retired. I would not be able to
appeal the settlement.

She would of paid me $3550 for two
months. Big savings for them since she
did not want to rate me. I thought I was
done dealing with them. Now I guess
she can try to take this away at any
time.

ones and NAIW. I just have to play the
games. It's amazing how I was going to
make a miracles recovery and able to
return to work. I did not sign the form.
She said she was sending me to get
physical Therapy program established
but it was a FCE. The therapist would
not perform test after examining me. 3
hour test that could of did more

damage. I have been to a UCLA doctor
and USC referred me to a doctor at
cedar sanai hospital. Both doctors said
I'm permanent. Waiting to see if I can
get on one of their clinical trials.

our same system. We do not lose our
indemnity rights and the employer does

get rid of their indemnity because they
signed up for the state W/C system.
