Preface

The Seagate Guide is based on the tool HD Doctor for
Seagate from Salvation Data. The tool runs in three modes
so it is possible to work on all Seagate HDD. The
Barracuda series; F3 series; 7200.11/12 and U Series HDD:
The HD Doctor for Seagate is a tool to work in the repair of
Seagate HDD using either ATA or COM mode. It is possible
to repair and diagnose the problems inside the HDD via
terminal commands
