SENIOR COUNSELOR APPLICATION
All Saints’ Conference Center Leitchfield, Kentucky Summer 2007 Applicants for Senior Counselor positions must have completed at least one year of college. Seniors in high school will be considered if they have served as a counselor or CIT previously at All Saints’. All counselors must complete training in Safeguarding God’s Children. Training will be offered by the Episcopal Church for those who have not been trained. Senior Counselors are paid positions. Dates of employment are June 17 through July 27. 1. List and describe specific skills and talents you have and your training and experience in using these talents.
2. Describe what interests you most about the Senior Counselor position. In other words, why do you want to be a counselor?
3. List other camp/conference experiences you have had, including events sponsored by this Diocese or other church institutions.
4. Do you have a Life Saving Certificate or any training in First Aid? Please describe.
5. What age child do you prefer to work with? Have you had other experiences
working with children? If so, please describe. 6. Please list your interests, hobbies, awards, or organizations in which you belong that you feel may be an asset in performing the Senior Counselor position.

Please include two letters of recommendation from non-family members with this application. One should be from your priest, youth minister/director or church school teacher/director and one from someone with whom you have been professionally related such as a supervisor or professor. Interview dates and locations: St. Mary’s, Madisonville December 19th from 12 noon – 3:00 PM Diocese of KY, Louisville December 20th 12 noon – 3:00 PM All Saints’ Conference Center Leitchfield December 29 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Please circle interview site preference.
