WHEREAS, the parties were married to each other on January 12. 1911 :x
Miami-Dade County, Florida;
WHEREAS, the parties have four (4) minor children, to wit: Adam Heller,
whose date of birth is February 1, 1995; Ashley Heller, whose date of birth ls February
1, 1995, Jake HeUer, whose date of birth is July 24, 1998 and LeXi Heller whose date of
birth is August 30, 2000. No other children are contemplated;
WHEREAS, the parties have amicably agreed to settle their respect4ve rights,
cl aims and demands arising out of the marital relationship and with respect to the minor
children of the parti€s; and
WHEREAS, a full disclosure has been made by the parties to each other of their
assets and debts arising out of or related to the marital relationship and have been
specifteally set forth and provided for herein;
NOW THEREFORE, the Husband and Wife freely and fully accept the
provisions, terms and conditions hereof and In consideration of the promises and
mutual covenants herein contained as well as for other good and valuable

practice including the real estate of HELLER & HELLER. P.A.
The parties further agree the Husband should retain the name of the law practice
of HELLER & HELLER, P.A., but will remove any reference to ROCHELLE SOLOMON
HELLER, as a partner as referenced In the website of HELLER & HELLER. P.A. . The
parties agree ROCHELLE SOLOMON HELLER will remain as "of-counsel· and may be
referenced as such in letterhead and websi1e. She should be held harmless from any
potential claims, past. present. or future regarding HELLER & HELLER, P.A ..
Upon written request of the Wife, she may request all reference to her as •of-
counsel" and use of her name be removed from the firm letterhead and website and any
other association with Heller & Heller PA. Thirty (30) days written notice should be
provided to make such changes.
14. AUTOMOBILES: See attached Schedule of Equitable distribution.
15. BOAT: See attached Schedule of Equitable distribution.
16. SAVlNGS AND CHECKING ACCOUNTS: See attached Schedule of
Equitable distribution.
17. 401K.IRA/BEDBEMENJ. PENSION:. INSURANCE AND INVESTMENT
ACCOUNTS See attached Schedule of Equitable distribution.
18. DEBTS: The parties have always paid their credit card debts in full at
the end of each month. Thus, there Is no credit card debt The parties will wori< out
settling t he last credit card statement equitably from any remaining checking acoount
funds between the parties. They do not anticipate a dispute in this regard.
The Husband w111 help the Wife set up her own on Une banking account so that
she may become familiar with the logistics of paying the household bills which have

typically been taken care of by the Husband. . The parties agree to cancel any joint
accounts and agree not to use any other credit cards that may still be outstanding, but
never used. The parties have numerous credit card offers and renewals that have no
balance.
Subsequent to the entry of Final Judgment of Dissolution Of Marriage, netther
party shall incur any Indebtedness in the name of the other, and each of the parties
agrees to forever indemnify and protect, save and hold harmless, the other from any
llablllty In regard to the respective obligations and responsibilities provided for herein.
In the event that It is n9CS$88ry for either party to enforce this Indemnification,
the prevailing party shall be enUtled to all costs and reasonable attorney's fees incurred
in connection therewtth.
19. TAXES: Beginning In the year 2009, the parties will file individual tax
returns . The Husband shell claim the four minor children as tax deductions for 2009
and all years going forward.
20. ACKNOWLEDGMENT ANP RELEASE: The parties acknowledge that each
has disc1osed to the other the amount and nature of his or her assets and debts and have
represented to the other party th6 amount of his or her present Income and eaming
capacity, all of which representations the other party has relied upon.
Further. subject to the provisions of this agreement, the parties release and
