We can see some 10 students are there in a class. The semester exam is
going on. One teacher is overlooking them. Both Headmaster and Aaba enter into
the room. From Aaba’s point of view, all students are writing their answers. Suddenly
Aaba looks at one man, SHIVAJI (age 28, good man) who is writing his exam paper.
Aaba is little confused about SHIVAJI so he asks to the Headmaster.

Aaba shows his finger in SHIVAJI’S direction.

Headmaster looks there and finds SHIVAJI. He moves to Aaba.

Aaba walks a step ahead and looks at Shivaji’s left side. There is one physically
handicapped girl SMITA (age 17). She cannot write so Shivaji is

Aaba and Headmaster both are in Headmaster’s office. Aaba sitting
on a chair sipping tea and Headmaster is talking with him.

Aaba’s car comes on a road and stops near SHIVAJI who is ready
to go to the village.

SHIVAJI enters and sits near the driver’s seat. He has his one bag

CREDIT SEQUENCE ACCOMPANIED WITH THE PLEASANT
We see the car is running on a road. It is moving towards the village.
9. EXT. / VILLAGE FIELD / ROAD / DAY
Aaba’s car is on its way to Aaba’s home. Suddenly one car from the
village comes toward them and stops near their car. Aaba’s car also
stops. Both the driver and SHIVAJI are looking at them. SAMPATH
PATIL (age 38, village baddy) is in that car with his driver. SAMPATH
looks at the unknown face of SHIVAJI and asks to the driver of Aaba’s

11. INT. / SHIVAJI’S ROOM / DAY
HARI and SHIVAJI enter into the room. SHIVAJI is looking at that whole room.
Room is totally in bad position; seems like no one stayed there from long time.
Only a ray of sun light is coming from that old glass window. There is so
much dust on that window, on CUPBOARD, on CHAIRS and TABLE. HARI is
talking with SHIVAJI.

We can see in a village field under a big tree SHIVAJI and AABA are positioned
at a table. Some villagers are in front of them. Men attired in typical ghati look
of white dhotar- kurta and a towel kind of cloth fixed on their head. HARI is
also one of them. SAMPATH PATIL is not there. SHIVAJI once looks at them
and stands up.

We see SHIVAJI is writing on a black board. “SHRI GANESHAY NAMAH”
is what he writes. Then he turns and we can see from his point of view
there are near ten children’s positioned on the rough land. All children’s are
in a normal dress-up. Everyone is quiet, empty handed and looking at
SHIVAJI who is in front of them; standing near the table.

All have their own school bag and slate. Some are writing on slate, some are busy
with their books. One of them is showing his new MOUTH ORGAN to his friend.
SHIVAJI sees that.

That boy RAMESH hesitates to come but SHIVAJI again addresses him. RAMESH
comes near to SHIVAJI. Now SHIVAJI moves to his class.

We see one girl is standing near SHIVAJI and reading a book. All students
are listening and SHIVAJI is looking at her.

Outside the examination hall of city school, SMITA (physically handicapped girl)
is waiting for SHIVAJI. Some students are moving there, some are reading their
books. Few seconds later, her father comes near to her. She asks him about

We see SMITA is moving in a school field; trying to convince the people. But
everyone is rejecting her. SMITA starts crying, she is begging them for help but
everyone ignores her. SMITA gets a shock.
21. INT. / CITY SCHOOL / EXAM ROOM / DAY
All students are on their bench. The supervisor madam is distributing all the papers.
SMITA is on her bench. No one is there to help her. The supervisor comes
near to SMITA. She looks at her. The supervisor keeps SMITA’S paper on her
bench. SMITA is looking at her.
The supervisor moves forward. SMITA once looks at the whole class. Everyone
writing their papers but Smita cannot write. SMITA again starts crying.
22. EXT. / CITY SCHOOL FIELD / ROAD / DAY
One AUTO- RICKSHAW stops on a road near the school. SHIVAJI comes
out of it. He gives its money and AUTO pulls out. SHIVAJI then looks at school
where so much crowd is there on a ground. SHIVAJI walks forward and what he
sees is very shocking for him. SMITA is on terrace, she is going to suicide.
SHIVAJI walks through that gather and comes near Smita’s father. He tells
SHIVAJI what happened with her. SHIVAJI feels very bad but hurriedly runs
in to the school to go up and save her.
23. INT. /
CITY SCHOOL / STAIRCASE
HIGH ANGLE on staircase, SHIVAJI is running very fast to save her.
24. EXT. / SCHOOL / TERRACE – CONTINUOUS
SHIVAJI comes on terrace but suddenly he stops because SMITA is not there.
Just two slippers of her are there. He slowly moves forward and looks down. There
he sees SMITA’S dead body, which is on a floor. There is too much crowd around
her body. We can clearly see SHIVAJI’S shocking face.
25. EXT. / SCHOOL FIELD / GROUND – CONTINUOUS
SHIVAJI comes through that gather and stands near the body. Her father is crying.
SHIVAJI is totally broken; looking at that dead body. Suddenly he hears some
youngster’s comment who gathered there.

26. INT. / VILLAGE / AABA’S HOUSE / DAY
SHIVAJI is with AABA. He is very upset. AABA is trying to make him

POSTMAN takes his cycle and runs on his way. SHIVAJI is reading that letter. All

Then SHIVAJI looks at them.

All students clap.
Tallya nako mi don divasancha abhyas deun jaanar aahe….

28. EXT. / VILLAGE GROUND / DAY
In a nearby village, there is running competition of physically handicapped boys.
One small stage is there to overlook them. Several chairs are there on stage. One
desk is there at the right side of stage. One mike is fixed on it. Whole ground is the
track of running. All audience sitting and standing in semi circle waiting for the
competition to begin. SHIVAJI is also present on stage; sitting along with other teachers.
Five physically handicapped children’s are standing on a ground near to stage. All
are standing on their support system, something like wooden crutch. One man
is standing near to them who has one red handkerchief in his hand.
The host comes on stage.
Tumhi sarva ithe aalyabaddal dhanyavad.... hi kahre tar apang

karan tyanchyatil aatmvishawas vaadhvinyacha ek prakare aamhi

That man who is standing near to boys; takes his handkerchief in front of
them and leaves it on ground; suggesting them to start the race. All boys
get the message and start to run. Now they are running away from stage.
All people are looking at them. SHIVAJI is also watching them. All boys are
trying hard to cross the line first.
Suddenly one of them losses his balance and falls down on the earth. SHIVAJI
becomes serious. All people are looking at him. His other colleagues stop; turn
and look at him. They all come near to him. They help him to stand. Then all
take everyone’s hand in each others and make one chain. Now all boys run toward
the line and all cross it. Everyone from the field is clapping for them. We can see
SHIVAJI’S impressed face. He is also clapping for them. The host comes near to mike.

SHIVAJI is in a six sitter. Except him, only DRIVER is there. That car
is running on a road. SHIVAJI is thinking quietly. We see smile on his face.
He has a new idea about helping others. Suddenly that car stops. SHIVAJI
looks at the DRIVER.

We see at village ground, nearly 6 people are ready with their CYCLE. All are
ready to run. Behind them on stage AABA, SAMPATH and other respected
people of the village are there. All excited villagers are gathering near
the running track. All are eagerly waiting for the race. Suddenly the man
who is standing near to those Racers; makes a signal with his handkerchief
and the race begins. All viewers start clapping and roaring.
44. EXT. / VILLAGE FIELD – CONTINUOUS
SERIES OF SHOTS ACCOMPANIED WITH THE HILARIOUS BACKGROUND
One villager starts to run but suddenly his whole Cycle breaks and he falls on

SHIVAJI is walking on his way. He has his small bag. Suddenly few four men
come in front of him. Two of them are friends of SAMPATH. SHIVAJI stops
his walking and looking at them. They all have big sticks in their hand.
59. EXT. / VILLAGE FIELD / FARM / DAY
One villager is working in his farm. Suddenly he looks at SHIVAJI who is
far away from him and fighting with them. He runs towards the village.
60. EXT. / ROAD / DAY
SHIVAJI is running on a road. He is totally injured. Those people are running
behind SHIVAJI. SHIVAJI is trying to stop some vehicles but no one is giving
response. Suddenly one Auto stops near him. He is no one else but PUJA’S
father SHANKAR. He takes SHIVAJI in his Auto and runs away.
61. EXT. / ROAD / DAY
Those people are looking at that Auto then they turn and look at the village field.
Several villagers are coming towards them with big sticks in their hand.
62. INT. / HOSPITAL ROOM / DAY
Banded SHIVAJI is on a bed. One doctor, AABA and SHANKAR are near to him.
After a second SHIVAJI slowly opens his eyes and looks at AABA. Doctor also
looks at him.

SHIVAJI just smiles. Then he looks at AABA.
