Location: ProFit Training Center, 6 Lincoln Ave, Scarborough, ME 04074 Eligibility: Girls and Boys 6th grade and older Cost: $35 per player, per session Date/time: Every Monday and Thursday from 6-7pm (Starts Sept 5th) Limited to: 8 PLAYERS reserve a spot today or walk ins welcome (if space) Sign up: @ ProFit 207.219.8155 or profit2workout.com Cancellation policy: 72 hours required for refund due to limited space Instructor info: Joe Ingegneri www.netgainsbasketball.com MONDAYS: The Catch and Shoot Blitz • Over 300 instructed simulated game like shots with the “Gun 8000” • Moving and shooting using the proper footwork • Shooting while moving to the left, right and coming off of a screen • Fade shots using proper footwork • Players will be able to go at their own speed, beginners to advanced • 4 to 1 player to instructor ratio THURSDAYS: The Weak Hand Blitz-All Shots Going to the Weak Hand • Over 300 instructed simulated game like shots with the “Gun 8000” • 1 and 2 dribble pull up shots going to the weak hand • Full speed dribble move pull ups going to the weak hand • Attacking the basket going to the player’s weak side • Players will be able to go at their own speed, beginners to advanced • 4 to 1 player to instructor ratio

ABOUT THE CLASSES: Contrary to popular belief, kids will never reach their potential by routinely going through the motions, standing at a basket or shooting machine, and taking shots. In fact, without understanding the proper form, technique, and footwork, this can create and reinforce bad habits and prohibit a player’s growth. In the Shooting Blitzes, players will be provided with a very unique opportunity to use high tech, fast paced shooting equipment under carefully coached instruction and simulated game speed. Players will be pushed outside of their comfort zone to develop advanced shooting skills that, if practiced consistently, will promote success in competitive team play. Joe grew up in Dover Massachusetts where he graduated from Dover-Sherborn High School. He went onto prep school at Bridgton Academy in Maine, and upon graduation went to Division I Iona College to play basketball. Joe later transferred to Division II Saint Anselm College where he became a two-time All-American while the team was ranked nationally, and from there played professionally in the German and Belgium top divisions. In addition to his personal career, Joe has been instructing and coaching players of all ages for over 16 years. Joe provides individual and group instruction and has been a coach with the Maine Firecrackers for numerous years.
