Jake was born prematurely
November 9, 2009 at 28 weeks,
weighing just 2 Lbs, 12 Oz. He
was diagnosed with a grade 4
brain bleed a week afer he was
born, spending 63 days in the
St. Cloud NICU. He has im-
properly formed ankle bones
so he has special inserts in his
shoes that have to be replaced
every year. Jake also has severe
bilateral hearing loss which
has resulted in the permanent
use of hearing aids.
Jake’s parents; Cory Boeckers and Steph Berg of rural New
Munich need help with Jake’s overwhelming medical bills
which currently exceed more than $20,000. Cory is a Truck
Mechanic at Lawrence National Leasing and Steph is a Parts
Specialist at NAPA in Sauk Centre. Please come
