Concrete has been poured and phase one of the Railroad Avenue construction project is staying on track. However, an alternate route for Albany’s Heritage Day parade on August 3rd has been set up in case phase one is not complete. The alternate parade route would run along Midland Avenue. While the phase may be complete by that time, the alternate route is ready to be used to ensure a smooth celebration.
