HISTORY
In 1963 was your independent day of Malaysia however,
Singapore was founded by Thomas Stamford Raffles
He was a British who had had the power from 1824 to 1826
was part of British colonies. On world war second the
Japanese use their land for armament military. In 1963,
Singapore became independent of British colonies and two
year later it was independent of Malaysia.

GEOGRAPHY
Singapore is localized between Malaysia and North of
Indonesia, the weather changed because, it is located in the
equatorial line.

CURRENCY AND WEATHER
The currency is Swiss-French. Singapore city is its capital.
 In May to April is warm or summer.
 In November to January is winter or
it is rainy.
 In July to October: There is fog.

TOURISM
The tourism in Singapore is wonderful because they have
different bigger tourist attractions of the world. Near to 7.8
million of people arrive to visit the country In fact, Singapore
competes with Tokyo, Hong Kong and other tourist countries.

CULTURE
Singapore has different ethnic cultures for example: Chinese,
British, Malaysian and Indian. These cultures are bigger
conjunctions of history that belong to immigrations of country.
Singapore meaning derives from the
Malaysian language "Singapura"
means Sigha: lion and pure: city

SPORT AND TRADE

TRADE
 The economy is very dependent on exports, particularly of
consumer electronics, pharmaceuticals, and financial sector
growth. The real GDP growth reached 8.6% between 2004
and 2007. In 2009 the economy fell 1.0% as a result of the
global financial crisis, but soon returned to growth: 14.8% in
2010 and 4.9% in 2011, with the strengthening exports.

SPORT
 they practice the soccer and this sport is most popular in the
country, other sports are Karate, Judo, etc.
