Example: President Johnson would always take a 30 minutes nap everyday. He believes that his naps gave him stamina and helped him focus better throughout the day. 2. A group of students were split into two groups, the sleep group and the non-sleep group. They all went under the same initial training to solve problems. It was found that the sleep-group outperformed the non-sleep group in their ability to solve the problems. 





 

Personal Experience I personally can’t function without sleep. When I’m sleep deprived, I do not learn as well because I cannot concentrate. conc entrate. So, I always try to have at least 7 or more hours of sleep everyday if possible
