WHAT DOES STRESS MEANS?


Stress is the “wear and tear” of our mind and body experience as we attempt to cope up with our continuous change in the enviornment.

In other words, Stress is the reaction people have to excessive pressures or other types of demand placed upon them. It arises when they worry that they can’t cope.
