Economist’s Innovation Awards Deadline: call for nominations in early March 2011 Readers are invited to nominate outstanding innovators in seven categories: bioscience, energy and the environment, computing and telecoms, "no boundaries" (which includes materials science and nanotechnology), consumer products, business process, and social and economic innovation. Hilton Humanitarian Prize Deadline: March 14, 2011 The Conrad N. Hilton Humanitarian Prize is the world’s largest humanitarian award established by the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation in 1996. The Goldman Environmental Prize Deadline: April 22, 2011 The Goldman Environmental Prize is the world's largest prize program honoring grassroots environmentalists. Humphrey Fellowship Program provides ten months of non-degree academic study and related professional experiences in the United States. Humphrey Fellows are selected based on their potential for leadership and their commitment to public service. The Humphrey Program fosters a mutual exchange of knowledge and
understanding about issues of common concern in the United States and the Fellows’ home countries. health in developing countries.
