Deep South Equipment is a leading Hyster Forklift Dealer in the US, and we are the Hyster Forklift Dealer for the State of Oklahoma. We are now hiring Forklift Mechanics for our Tulsa branch. The primary purpose of this position is to: Repair material handling equipment (MHE). This person will oversee the safe operation, repairs, and preventative maintenance of MHE equipment including electric and propane industrial forklifts, pallet jacks, hi-low lifts, scissor lifts, scrubbers/ sweepers, battery charging stations and cars, batteries, etc. Oversee and manage the repair of the MHE fleet including monitoring and trending, troubleshooting and repairs and preventative maintenance. Extensive experience with other forklift manufacturers is a plus but is not necessary. Those candidates with an automotive background will be considered as a solid candidate. We are looking for both road and shop mechanics. Deep South Equipment is a leading Hyster Forklift Dealer in the US, and we are the Hyster Forklift Dealer for the State of Oklahoma. We are now hiring Forklift Mechanics for our Tulsa branch. The primary purpose of this position is to: Repair material handling equipment (MHE). This person will oversee the safe operation, repairs, and preventative maintenance of MHE equipment including electric and propane industrial forklifts, pallet jacks, hi-low lifts, scissor lifts, scrubbers/ sweepers, battery charging stations and cars, batteries, etc. Oversee and manage the repair of the MHE fleet including monitoring and trending, troubleshooting and repairs and preventative maintenance. Extensive experience with other forklift manufacturers is a plus but is not necessary. Those candidates with an automotive background will be considered as a solid candidate. We are looking for both road and shop mechanics. To perform at a proficient level and be fully qualified,a person would be expected to have: • Education (Minimum Needed): High School Diploma, Electrical Training, Trade School Certification, or Equivalent • Experience (Minimum Needed): 4 years in Mechanical Position • Specialized Knowledge For Performance of other OEM’s is a plus but is not a requirement of the job: Manufacturer Certifications (Raymond, Crown, Toyota, CAT, Yale, and Hyster) • Special Skills: Hydraulic systems, Electronic Systems, PLC/Low Voltage Control Systems • Other: OSHA, ASE Certifications (Electrical, Mechanical, Braking Systems, etc.) We are looking for aggressive, hard working, and customer oriented individuals. Paragon Films, a premier stretch film manufacturer, is always looking for hard-working, dependable employees with prior plastics experience in Production, Shipping, Quality, Supervision, and Maintenance to join the Paragon Team.
Responsible for the technical operations, packaging and quality of the products produced on their line. This position requires basic math skills and the desire to work in a team environment with previous plastics experience preferred. Applicants must be available to work a rotating 12-hour shift. Our employees normally do not work more than three consecutive days and receive every other weekend off. This position requires an Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance or a similar field. Applicants need to have a working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and pneumatics and be skilled with various hand tools. They must possess the ability to correctly diagnose failures and perform troubleshooting duties. Applicants must also be able to lift a minimum of 80 pounds. Pay starts at $14-$15/hour. Applicant must have experience in troubleshooting and repair of 3 phase industrial electrical systems, A/C and D/C drives, PLC, and motor control systems. Applicant must also have extensive knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and be able to design and/or redesign these systems and processes as needed. Candidates must possess the ability to correctly diagnose failures, preform necessary troubleshooting and be skilled with hand tools and testing equipment.
