Meet your Neighbors Create Community Voice Ideas Make a Difference
Palma Ceia Pines Neighborhood Association ( “The Pines”) was formed in 2013 to educate, promote and encourage civic pride and awareness of issues, as well as to revitalize a sense of community in our neighborhood. Our association provides immediate access to approximately 1,250 neighbors, in addition to the entire Tampa Area through connections with other neighborhood associations and city officials. The Pines boundaries (map at right) are the south side of W. Kennedy Boulevard on the north, S. Armenia Avenue on the east, W. Swann Avenue on the south, and S. Himes Avenue to W. Azeele Street to Henderson Boulevard on the west. Get Involved! Palma Ceia Pines is seeking new residential and business/other members to get involved in a number of ways: Attend a meeting to share ideas and discuss issues. Join one of our committees to address more specific neighborhood concerns. Become a member. Annual dues are $10 per resident and $50 per business/other, all of which goes back into strengthening our association.
Palma Ceia Pines is a civic-minded organization that is different from governing bodies found in condominiums, HOAs and other deed-restricted communities. Visit us at http://palmaceiapines.blogspot.com or find us on Facebook “Palma Ceia Pines” for more information. We hope to see you at our next meeting!
