DIRECTIONS:

FILLING

RASBERRIES (THAWED IF FROZEN) RAW HONEY

¼ CUP 1 TSP 1 TSP ½ TSP ½ CUP

RAW HONEY CINNAMON VANILLA EXTRACT SEA SALT RAW NUTS, FINELY CHOPPED

DOUGH: IN A FOOD PROCESSOR, BLEND ZUCCHINI UNTIL PUREED. ADD THE ALMOND MEAL AND PULSE UNTIL MIXED. TRANSFER TO A LARGE BOWL. ADD THE HONEY, VANILLA, AND MIX WELL BY HAND. CHILL THE DOUGH IN FREEZER FOR 20-30 MINUTES. SHAPE INTO SMALL BALLS BY ROLLING BETWEEN THE PALMS OF YOUR HANDS.

CINNAMON, ORANGE ZEST, SALT,

ROLL EACH BALL IN CHOPPED NUTS AND PLACE ON A LINED DEHYDRATOR TRAY. THE COOKIES SHOULD BE CRISPY ON THE OUTSIDE AND STILL MOIST INSIDE. FILLING: BLEND TOGETHER RASPBERRIES AND HONEY TO MAKE A JAM.
