TRAINING TO SEE AURAS V4
1. Opening:
This article takes a fresh look at aras ! "hat the# are$
"here the# co%e fro%$ an& sho"s ho" an#one can learn to see
the%. Seeing aras is not as har& as #o %a# think ! if #o
go a'ot it the right "a#. This is an eas# step '# step gi&e
to &oing (st that. It starts right at the 'eginning$ "ith
the easiest to see of all aras ! the ara of color ! an&
"orking p$ in eas# stages$ to the %ore illsi)e an& &ifficlt
h%an ara.
An ara is the %ost )isi'le part of the s'tle energ#
processes going on "ithin all ph#sical o'(ects. All %atter
has an ara of so%e kin& ! e)en a h%'le rock ! 't it is
prett# &ll "hen co%pare& "ith the co%ple* interpla# of
rain'o" colors that %ake p a li)ing h%an ara. Aras
e%anate fro% all ph#sical o'(ects$ life forces an& colors$
as "ell as fro% %an# other energ# sorces.
The first step in this ttorial %akes se of a little kno"n
fact ! that colors ha)e aras.
E)er# color has it+s o"n ni,e ara. This is of a
co%pletel# &ifferent color fro% the original. Aras$ gi)en
off '# 'right$ pri%ar# colors$ are %ch &enser an& far easier
to see than an# other t#pe of ara. Using the aras of
colors$ as a training ai&$ has %ost people seeing an ara the
)er# first ti%e the# tr#.
I ha)e 'een a'le to see aras for %an# #ears. I "as not 'orn
"ith this a'ilit#$ 't taght %#self ! the har& "a#. It
took %e se)eral #ears 'efore I col& see enogh of an ara to
%ake it a "orth"hile practice- I kno" the pro'le%s inherent
in &e)eloping aric sight$ an& this ne" training %etho& is
&esigne& to help o)erco%e the%.
.. /o" Aric Sight 0orks:
Aric sight ! as "ith all for%s of clair)o#ant sight ! &epen&s
pon the e#es an& the nor%al optical sight process to "ork.
1h#sical an& non!ph#sical sight are )er# closel# relate&.
The# are 'oth for%s of perception that allo" or 'rains to
percei)e energ#$ of one t#pe or another$ as a sight pictre.
/ere is "h#:
A. Nor%al sight:
E#es recei)e light ! light 'eing a t#pe of energ#. E#es
focs light energ# onto light sensiti)e ner)e tisse at the
'ack of the e#e$ connecte& to the optic ner)e. 2asicall#$
this light sensiti)e tisse changes focse& light energ# into
a strea% of co%ple* electrical signals. These signals are
passe&$ )ia the optic ner)e$ to the sight center of the 'rain.
The 'rain then interprets these signals into a rich )isal
pictre ! "hat "e call nor%al sight.
2. Aric sight:
The 'ro" center recei)es a %ore s'tle t#pe of energ# than
light. This t#pe of energ# can onl# 'e recei)e& '# the 'ro"
center 3often calle& the thir& e#e or 'ro" chakra4 "hen it is
acti)e an& tne& in to recei)e that t#pe of energ#. The 'ro"
center is sitate& &irectl# 'et"een the e#es an& is inti%atel#
connecte& "ith nor%al optical sight.
Energ# recei)e& '# the 'ro" center is passe& along to the
sight center of the 'rain ! the sa%e as "ith nor%al sight.
The 'rain interprets an#thing it recei)es in it+s sight center
as a )isal pictre. It interprets aric energ# as a sight
pictre ! as colore& 'an&s of light srron&ing the s'(ect.
5 The e#es are the organs for nor%al optical sight 3a
ph#sical organ4.
5 The 'ro" center is the organ for non!ph#sical sight 3a non!
ph#sical organ4.
2oth these organs$ a'o)e$ are sitate& in the sa%e general
area$ i.e.$ the 'ro" center is sitate& in the 'ro"$ &irectl#
'et"een the e#es. The co%%on location an& si%ilar fnction of
'oth organs 3sight4 sggests there is a close relationship
'et"een the%$ i.e.$ the e#es$ the 'ro" center an& the sight
center of the 'rain are linke&. 6# research confir%s this:
that all for%s of non!ph#sical sight are closel# linke& "ith
the process of nor%al optical sight.
Althogh there is a relationship 'et"een optical sight an& the
'ro" center ! an ara is &efinitel# 7not7 an# t#pe of light.
So%e people 'elie)e aras are still light$ 't light at a %ch
higher fre,enc# than nor%al light ! that is onl# )isi'le to a
clair)o#ant. If this "ere tre$ thogh$ it "ol& 'e possi'le
to &etect an& %easre this light "ith the sophisticate&
electronic instr%ents a)aila'le to&a#. There are scientific
instr%ents$ electronic ca%eras etc$ that can 'e tne& to
&etect 7an#7 part of the light spectr% ! no %atter ho"
refine&. 8or e*a%ple: infra re&$ ltra )iolet$ * ra#s$ ga%%a
ra#s$ etc$ all these can 'e &etecte& ! 't aras cannot.
Therefore$ it is logical to sppose that aras are 7not7
co%pose& of an# t#pe of light.
9. Ara :a%eras:
2t there are ara ca%eras ! #o %ight sa# ! that can take
pictres of the h%an ara; <o %ight e)en ha)e a pictre of
#or o"n ara$ taken at a ps#chic fair. /o" can this 'e;
An ara ca%era &oes NOT take an actal pictre of an ara.
It cannot actall# see an ara. It %erel# creates the
illsion of an ara on fil%.
/o" an ara ca%era "orks:
A. Sensors are place& on the skin ! or fitte& into a
chair so the# contact the s'(ect+s skin. These sensors
%easre the electrical resistance in the skin 3gal)anic
skin response4. Electrical resistance in the skin )aries$
accor&ing to salt an& %oistre le)el. These le)els are
affecte& '# %an# things: &iet$ fli&s$ health$
te%peratre$ s"eating$ e%otion$ %oo&$ acti)it#$ etc.
2. These rea&ings are fe& &irectl# into a s%all
electronic processor$ attache& to the ca%era 3sall# a
s%all 'lack 'o*4 an& interprete& '# it. This processor
then generates a pattern of electrical signals$ fro% these
rea&ings$ accor&ing to ho" it is progra%%e&.
:. This pattern of signals is then fe& into a speciall#
%o&ifie& ca%era. Insi&e the ca%era$ an optical coloring
&e)ice creates a )aria'le pattern of colore& lights$ an&
'ea%s this &irectl# onto the fil%$ as the pictre is taken.
This gi)es the illsion of a colorfl ara srron&ing the
s'(ect ! accor&ing to the pattern generate& '# the initial
rea&ings.
2ecase of the "a# these ca%eras are set p$ #o "ill rarel#

large n%'er of colore& patterns possi'le$ that can 'e
generate& '# slightl# &ifferent sensor rea&ings . It "ol&
'e rare to get t"o i&entical sets of sensor rea&ings fro% one
person an&$ therefore$ ha)e t"o i&entical ara photographs
taken in the sa%e &a#.
An ara photograph is the ca%era &esigner+s i&ea of "hat #or
ara 7shol&7 look like ! accor&ing to their research. This
research is 'ase& pon linking clair)o#ant o'ser)ations "ith
the gal)anic skin response on test s'(ects. The &esigners
ha)e atte%pte& to gi)e a specific color )ale to &ifferent
patterns of gal)anic skin responses.
An ara photograph$ therefore$ is an electronicall# create&
illsion ! not an actal photograph of an ara.
4. Aric Theor#:
6# theor# is: that light is necessar# for the 'ro" center to
tne into an& focs on aric energ#. An ara 'eing a )isal
representation of this energ#$ create& '# the sight center of
the 'rain.
This appears to 'e the onl# logical e*planation for aric

?. >ight An& The Ara:
>ight is necessar# in or&er to see the %ain ara of an#thing.
>i)ing aras react in the presence of light ! e*pan&ing an&

Another interesting o'ser)ation$ that a&&s "eight to this
arg%ent$ that aras are not light ! 't that light is
necessar#$ in or&er for aric sight to "ork: the %ain ara
cannot 'e seen in co%plete &arkness. If aras "ere in&ee&
light$ "h# is it necessar# for there to 'e light$ in or&er to
see the%; This sho"s that light an& nor%al optical sight are
an i%portant part of aric sight.
Note: In total &arkness$ it is possi'le to see so%e slight
acti)it# aron& the energ# 'o&#$ close to the skin. This is
al%ost in)isi'le$ 't looks like tin#$ )er# faint stran&s an&
sparks of 'lish light. This is )er# faint an& %ost
noticea'le aron& #or o"n fingertips$ "hen the# are 'roght
together in front of #o.
It is also possi'le to see s%all 't intense points of light$
co%ing fro% fll# acti)e pri%ar# energ# centers 3chakras4.
These %st 'e 7e*tre%el#7 acti)e for this to 'e seen$ an& #o
%st also 'e )er# focse& on #or s'(ect. This takes a lot
of skill to &o$ an& the s'(ect %st 'e )er# &e)elope& !
energ# "ise ! in or&er for this to 'e o'ser)e&. This is far
easier to see if there is a little a)aila'le light$ e)en if
#o can onl# %ake ot )age sha&o"s ! it gi)es #o so%ething
to focs pon.
To o'ser)e an# part of the energ# 'o&#$ in &arkness$ %e%or#
'ase& )isali@ation is se& to focs the 'ro" center into a

total &arkness4 an& 'e a'le to accratel# gage their
&istance$ shape an& position$ an& see the% clearl# in #or
%in&+s e#e.
I think$ for the a'o)e$ that 'oth astral sight an&
clair)o#ance pla# a part$ for those that can see energ#
acti)it# in total &arkness. This appears to 'e the onl#
logical e*planation for this pheno%ena.
Note: >ight is 7not7 necessar# for clair)o#ant or astral
sight to "ork$ 't the e#es an& their nor%al focsing a'ilit#
are still se&$ 't "ith %e%or# 'ase& focsing an&

A. Vie"ing 6etho&:
The sa%e 'asic techni,e$ se& to see the ara of color$ is

This sa%e techni,e is also a part of fll clair)o#ance.
This is "h# looking at the aras of colors is sch goo&
