TRAINING TO SEE AURAS V4
1. Opening:
This article takes a fresh look at aras ! "hat the# are$
"here the# co%e fro%$ an& sho"s ho" an#one can learn to see
the%. Seeing aras is not as har& as #o %a# think ! if #o
go a'ot it the right "a#. This is an eas# step '# step gi&e
to &oing (st that. It starts right at the 'eginning$ "ith
the easiest to see of all aras ! the ara of color ! an&
"orking p$ in eas# stages$ to the %ore illsi)e an& &ifficlt
h%an ara.
An ara is the %ost )isi'le part of the s'tle energ#
processes going on "ithin all ph#sical o'(ects. All %atter
has an ara of so%e kin& ! e)en a h%'le rock ! 't it is
prett# &ll "hen co%pare& "ith the co%ple* interpla# of
rain'o" colors that %ake p a li)ing h%an ara. Aras
e%anate fro% all ph#sical o'(ects$ life forces an& colors$
as "ell as fro% %an# other energ# sorces.
The first step in this ttorial %akes se of a little kno"n
fact ! that colors ha)e aras.
E)er# color has it+s o"n ni,e ara. This is of a
co%pletel# &ifferent color fro% the original. Aras$ gi)en
off '# 'right$ pri%ar# colors$ are %ch &enser an& far easier
to see than an# other t#pe of ara. Using the aras of
colors$ as a training ai&$ has %ost people seeing an ara the
)er# first ti%e the# tr#.
I ha)e 'een a'le to see aras for %an# #ears. I "as not 'orn
"ith this a'ilit#$ 't taght %#self ! the har& "a#. It
took %e se)eral #ears 'efore I col& see enogh of an ara to
%ake it a "orth"hile practice- I kno" the pro'le%s inherent
in &e)eloping aric sight$ an& this ne" training %etho& is
&esigne& to help o)erco%e the%.
.. /o" Aric Sight 0orks:
Aric sight ! as "ith all for%s of clair)o#ant sight ! &epen&s
pon the e#es an& the nor%al optical sight process to "ork.
1h#sical an& non!ph#sical sight are )er# closel# relate&.
The# are 'oth for%s of perception that allo" or 'rains to
percei)e energ#$ of one t#pe or another$ as a sight pictre.
/ere is "h#:
A. Nor%al sight:
E#es recei)e light ! light 'eing a t#pe of energ#. E#es
focs light energ# onto light sensiti)e ner)e tisse at the
'ack of the e#e$ connecte& to the optic ner)e. 2asicall#$
this light sensiti)e tisse changes focse& light energ# into
a strea% of co%ple* electrical signals. These signals are
passe&$ )ia the optic ner)e$ to the sight center of the 'rain.
The 'rain then interprets these signals into a rich )isal
pictre ! "hat "e call nor%al sight.
2. Aric sight:
The 'ro" center recei)es a %ore s'tle t#pe of energ# than
light. This t#pe of energ# can onl# 'e recei)e& '# the 'ro"
center 3often calle& the thir& e#e or 'ro" chakra4 "hen it is
acti)e an& tne& in to recei)e that t#pe of energ#. The 'ro"
center is sitate& &irectl# 'et"een the e#es an& is inti%atel#
connecte& "ith nor%al optical sight.
Energ# recei)e& '# the 'ro" center is passe& along to the
sight center of the 'rain ! the sa%e as "ith nor%al sight.
The 'rain interprets an#thing it recei)es in it+s sight center
as a )isal pictre. It interprets aric energ# as a sight
pictre ! as colore& 'an&s of light srron&ing the s'(ect.
5 The e#es are the organs for nor%al optical sight 3a
ph#sical organ4.
5 The 'ro" center is the organ for non!ph#sical sight 3a non!
ph#sical organ4.
2oth these organs$ a'o)e$ are sitate& in the sa%e general
area$ i.e.$ the 'ro" center is sitate& in the 'ro"$ &irectl#
'et"een the e#es. The co%%on location an& si%ilar fnction of
'oth organs 3sight4 sggests there is a close relationship
'et"een the%$ i.e.$ the e#es$ the 'ro" center an& the sight
center of the 'rain are linke&. 6# research confir%s this:
that all for%s of non!ph#sical sight are closel# linke& "ith
the process of nor%al optical sight.
Althogh there is a relationship 'et"een optical sight an& the
'ro" center ! an ara is &efinitel# 7not7 an# t#pe of light.
So%e people 'elie)e aras are still light$ 't light at a %ch
higher fre,enc# than nor%al light ! that is onl# )isi'le to a
clair)o#ant. If this "ere tre$ thogh$ it "ol& 'e possi'le
to &etect an& %easre this light "ith the sophisticate&
electronic instr%ents a)aila'le to&a#. There are scientific
instr%ents$ electronic ca%eras etc$ that can 'e tne& to
&etect 7an#7 part of the light spectr% ! no %atter ho"
refine&. 8or e*a%ple: infra re&$ ltra )iolet$ * ra#s$ ga%%a
ra#s$ etc$ all these can 'e &etecte& ! 't aras cannot.
Therefore$ it is logical to sppose that aras are 7not7
co%pose& of an# t#pe of light.
9. Ara :a%eras:
2t there are ara ca%eras ! #o %ight sa# ! that can take
pictres of the h%an ara; <o %ight e)en ha)e a pictre of
#or o"n ara$ taken at a ps#chic fair. /o" can this 'e;
An ara ca%era &oes NOT take an actal pictre of an ara.
It cannot actall# see an ara. It %erel# creates the
illsion of an ara on fil%.
/o" an ara ca%era "orks:
A. Sensors are place& on the skin ! or fitte& into a
chair so the# contact the s'(ect+s skin. These sensors
%easre the electrical resistance in the skin 3gal)anic
skin response4. Electrical resistance in the skin )aries$
accor&ing to salt an& %oistre le)el. These le)els are
affecte& '# %an# things: &iet$ fli&s$ health$
te%peratre$ s"eating$ e%otion$ %oo&$ acti)it#$ etc.
2. These rea&ings are fe& &irectl# into a s%all
electronic processor$ attache& to the ca%era 3sall# a
s%all 'lack 'o*4 an& interprete& '# it. This processor
then generates a pattern of electrical signals$ fro% these
rea&ings$ accor&ing to ho" it is progra%%e&.
:. This pattern of signals is then fe& into a speciall#
%o&ifie& ca%era. Insi&e the ca%era$ an optical coloring
&e)ice creates a )aria'le pattern of colore& lights$ an&
'ea%s this &irectl# onto the fil%$ as the pictre is taken.
This gi)es the illsion of a colorfl ara srron&ing the
s'(ect ! accor&ing to the pattern generate& '# the initial
rea&ings.
2ecase of the "a# these ca%eras are set p$ #o "ill rarel#
get t"o pictres e*actl# the sa%e. This is 'ecase of the
large n%'er of colore& patterns possi'le$ that can 'e
generate& '# slightl# &ifferent sensor rea&ings . It "ol&
'e rare to get t"o i&entical sets of sensor rea&ings fro% one
person an&$ therefore$ ha)e t"o i&entical ara photographs
taken in the sa%e &a#.
An ara photograph is the ca%era &esigner+s i&ea of "hat #or
ara 7shol&7 look like ! accor&ing to their research. This
research is 'ase& pon linking clair)o#ant o'ser)ations "ith
the gal)anic skin response on test s'(ects. The &esigners
ha)e atte%pte& to gi)e a specific color )ale to &ifferent
patterns of gal)anic skin responses.
An ara photograph$ therefore$ is an electronicall# create&
illsion ! not an actal photograph of an ara.
4. Aric Theor#:
6# theor# is: that light is necessar# for the 'ro" center to
tne into an& focs on aric energ#. An ara 'eing a )isal
representation of this energ#$ create& '# the sight center of
the 'rain.
This appears to 'e the onl# logical e*planation for aric
sight.
=. The :o%ple*it# Of Nor%al Vision:
The process of aric sight %a# son& )er# co%plicate&$ 't is
reall# 7)er#7 si%ple$ "hen #o co%pare it "ith the process of
nor%al$ optical sight ! that si%ple$ )isal thing "e all take
for grante&. >ook aron& the roo% #o are in no"$ look ot of
a "in&o" ! "hat &o #o see; Think a'ot all the %illions of
o'(ects an& colors an& tones #o are seeing ! all at once !
in incre&i'le three &i%ensional &etail. Think a'ot ho"$ no
%atter ho" fast #o trn aron&$ #or 'rain keeps p "ith the
fantasticall# co%ple* i%age #o are seeing. <or e#es pass on
an 7incre&i'le7 a%ont of infor%ation to #or 'rain ! 't #or
'rain interprets it all instantl#. Nor%al optical sight is
an incre&i'l# co%ple* an& po"erfl a'ilit#. :o%pare this$
"ith the fe" colors an& s"irls of light #o see in a h%an
ara ! no %atter ho" 'eatifl an& co%ple* it %ight see% ! it
is still a )er# si%ple pictre. There is reall# no co%parison
'et"een these t"o a'ilities ! nor%al optical sight is )astl#
%ore co%ple*$ an& re,ires %ch %ore of the 'rain+s po"er$
than aric sight &oes.
To recap the a'o)e: Aric sight is linke& to an& &epen&s
pon nor%al optical sight$ in or&er to fnction. 0hat #o
see$ "hen #o see an ara$ is #or 'rain+s interpretation of
reflecte& energ#$ e%anating fro% #or s'(ect. <or e#es are
se& to tne an& focs #or 'ro" center into this energ#. An
electrical representation of this energ# is passe& to #or
'rain+s sight center$ "here it is interprete& as a sight
pictre '# #or 'rain. In the case of an ara$ #or 'rain
sho"s #o colore& 'an&s of light srron&ing #or s'(ect.
?. >ight An& The Ara:
>ight is necessar# in or&er to see the %ain ara of an#thing.
>i)ing aras react in the presence of light ! e*pan&ing an&
'rightening. This reaction is %ost noticea'le "hen a li)ing
ara is e*pose& to snlight. <o col& sa# that aras are
photo!sensiti)e.
I ha)e %a&e e*tensi)e o'ser)ations of this light reaction. I
ha)e o'ser)e& the aras of people insi&e a hose$ then
i%%e&iatel# taking the% otsi&e$ into the snlight. The
li)ing aras of people e*pan& in snlight$ an& are %ch
'righter. The# fairl# sparkle "ith life in strong$ &irect
snlight. I ha)e seen aras e*pan& to se)eral ti%es their
nor%al si@e in snlight.
Another interesting o'ser)ation$ that a&&s "eight to this
arg%ent$ that aras are not light ! 't that light is
necessar#$ in or&er for aric sight to "ork: the %ain ara
cannot 'e seen in co%plete &arkness. If aras "ere in&ee&
light$ "h# is it necessar# for there to 'e light$ in or&er to
see the%; This sho"s that light an& nor%al optical sight are
an i%portant part of aric sight.
Note: In total &arkness$ it is possi'le to see so%e slight
acti)it# aron& the energ# 'o&#$ close to the skin. This is
al%ost in)isi'le$ 't looks like tin#$ )er# faint stran&s an&
sparks of 'lish light. This is )er# faint an& %ost
noticea'le aron& #or o"n fingertips$ "hen the# are 'roght
together in front of #o.
It is also possi'le to see s%all 't intense points of light$
co%ing fro% fll# acti)e pri%ar# energ# centers 3chakras4.
These %st 'e 7e*tre%el#7 acti)e for this to 'e seen$ an& #o
%st also 'e )er# focse& on #or s'(ect. This takes a lot
of skill to &o$ an& the s'(ect %st 'e )er# &e)elope& !
energ# "ise ! in or&er for this to 'e o'ser)e&. This is far
easier to see if there is a little a)aila'le light$ e)en if
#o can onl# %ake ot )age sha&o"s ! it gi)es #o so%ething
to focs pon.
To o'ser)e an# part of the energ# 'o&#$ in &arkness$ %e%or#
'ase& )isali@ation is se& to focs the 'ro" center into a
s'(ect. <o ha)e to kno" e*actl# "here the s'(ect is 3in
total &arkness4 an& 'e a'le to accratel# gage their
&istance$ shape an& position$ an& see the% clearl# in #or
%in&+s e#e.
I think$ for the a'o)e$ that 'oth astral sight an&
clair)o#ance pla# a part$ for those that can see energ#
acti)it# in total &arkness. This appears to 'e the onl#
logical e*planation for this pheno%ena.
Note: >ight is 7not7 necessar# for clair)o#ant or astral
sight to "ork$ 't the e#es an& their nor%al focsing a'ilit#
are still se&$ 't "ith %e%or# 'ase& focsing an&
)isali@ation$ instea& of nor%al light 'ase& focsing. <o
can see "ith astral an& clair)o#ant sight$ (st as "ell in
total &arkness$ as #o can in fll light.
A. Vie"ing 6etho&:
The sa%e 'asic techni,e$ se& to see the ara of color$ is
se& to see all other t#pes of ara$ incl&ing the h%an ara.
This sa%e techni,e is also a part of fll clair)o#ance.
This is "h# looking at the aras of colors is sch goo&
training for seeing the h%an ara. The ara of color is far
&enser an& easier to see than the h%an ara. This allo"s the
aric )ie"ing techni,e to 'e learne& %ch easier an& faster$
than &oes practicing on the %ore &ifficlt h%an ara.

F. Afteri%ages:
Aric colors are si%ilar in appearance to after i%ages.
Afteri%ages are generate& '# staring ! for t"ent# secon&s or
so ! at a 'rightl# ill%inate& color$ an& then ,ickl#
closing #or e#es$ or looking a"a#.
It is co%%onl# thoght: that afteri%ages are generate& '#
color &epletion$ of the ro&s an& cones in the e#es$ case& '#
staring at one color for too long. This generates the
re)erse$ or negati)e color$ of that color. An afteri%age
sta#s in sight ntil this color &epletion is correcte&$ an&
the e#es retrn to nor%al.
I &isagree "ith this theor# ! an& for )er# goo& reasons.
Afteri%ages are generate& '# staring for a long ti%e at a
colore& o'(ect ! for t"ent# of thirt# secon&s$ or %ore. This
is "h# I &isagree "ith this theor#: 0hen aric sight is %ore
a&)ance&$ the ara of a color can 'e seen clearl#$ al%ost the
instant a colore& o'(ect is glance& at "ith aric sight. No
prolonge& staring is re,ire& to pro&ce an ara.
I ha)e (st &one a test$ "hile sitting here t#ping this.
Across the roo% fro% %e$ a'ot se)en feet a"a#$ is a chair.
/anging o)er it+s 'ack is a 'right!'le shirt. I ha)e &one
no e*ercises to sti%late %# aric sight$ at all. It is earl#
in the %orning no"$ a'ot ?a%$ an& I ha)e not long "oken p.
A clear$ &ense$ #ello" ara 'egins to appear in (st n&er
for secon&s 3I ti%e& it4. This is$ srel#$ far too short a
ti%e to generate an afteri%age; I &i& this se)eral ti%es an&
it 'eca%e faster an& easier to &o$ an& the ara 'righter$ each
ti%e.
No"$ #o col& sa# that %# e#es are 'eco%ing &eplete& of the
color 'le$ '# contining to &o this$ ths %ore easil#
generating the #ello" ara. So$ I trn aron& an& look at a
re& shirt hanging on a hook 'ehin& %e$ on the other si&e of
the roo%. This ti%e$ a clear$ &ense$ 'right!green ara
appears in (st n&er fi)e secon&s. This is 7far7 too short a
ti%e to generate an afteri%age; No"$ "hen I a% on "hat I
call$ a clair)o#ant high$ the aras of colors appear to %e$
al%ost the instant I glance at the% ! "ithin one secon&.
There is no apprecia'le &ela# at all$ the# are (st there$
'allooning ot fro% colors$ as I look at the%.
The aras I see$ aron& colors as "ell as people$ &o &rag
slightl# at %# e#es$ creating a kin& of afteri%age effect if I
stare for too long at it. This effect is si%ilar to ho" a
nor%al afteri%age 'eha)es ! &ragging an& follo"ing %# fiel& of
)ie".
No"$ "hen I o'ser)e the ara of a person$ I nor%all# ask the%
to re%o)e so%e of their clothing. This gi)es %e a %ch
clearer )ie" of their ara$ "ithot the interference case& '#
the colors of their clothing. I see clear$ 'right colors in
these aras$ 'il&ing p fro% 'are skin. 6# point here is
this: 'are skin has 7no7 color that can generate an# kin&
of colore& afteri%age.
To 'e trthfl$ thogh$ the aric colors I see aron&
colors$ as "ell as people$ are often still )isi'le$ hanging
'riefl# 'efore %# e#es$ "hen I look a"a# or close %# e#es.
This 7is7 a colore& afteri%age ! 't create& '# staring at an
ara+s color 7not7 at a ph#sical color.
Another interesting point: the colors of an# afteri%ages I
get$ "hen o'ser)ing li)ing h%an aras$ are e*actl# the sa%e
colors$ as the colors of the ara I a% looking at ! there is
7no7 re)erse color effect at all$ "ith a 'are skin$ li)ing
ara.
So$ if color &epletion$ of the ro&s an& cones in the e#es$ is
solel# responsi'le for afteri%ages$ ho" can this happen;
A 'etter "a# of e*plaining the re)erse color afteri%age
effect is: 3slo" aric colors4.
2# staring har& at a color$ the aric color of that s'(ect
is slo"l# i%presse& pon the sight center of the 'rain. It is
7not7 the e#es that are &eplete& of color$ 't that the aric
color has 'een i%presse& pon the 'rain+s sight center.
The afteri%ages that appear$ "hen #o stare at pri%ar#
colors$ are the sa%e as the aric colors generate& '# those
colors. The si%ilarit# in these colors ! rather than
contra&icting the )ali&it# of the aric color of color !
spports the%. 0h# "ol& the# 'e an# &ifferent;
<o "ill$ in the earl# stages of training to see aras$ case
,ite a strong after i%age effect. This "ill &rag an& follo"
#or e#es$ an& still 'e seen "hen #o close #or e#es or look
a"a#. This is the slo" aric i%age effect ! case& '# staring
so intentl#$ an& for so long$ "hile tr#ing to %aster the 'asic
techni,e for seeing aras.
This after i%age effect lessens in stages. Once the 'asic
techni,e is %astere&$ %ost of the afteri%age effect
&isappears. Then$ as the 'ro" center &e)elops frther$ 'eing
sti%late& throgh se$ the afteri%age effect &ecreases
stea&il#$ ntil the# are har&l# noticea'le.
There "ill$ ho"e)er$ al"a#s 'e a slight afteri%age$ of sorts$
"hen #o reall# st&# an ara. This is na)oi&a'le "hen #o
ga@e intentl# pon an ara$ tr#ing to &isco)er it+s secrets.
The natre of aric sight$ an& the in)ol)e%ent of the nor%al
optical sight process$ "ill al"a#s case a slight afteri%age
&rag ! or slo" aric i%age$ as I call it. This happens$ e)en
"hen aric sight &e)elops into the a&)ance& stages.
8inal note on afteri%ages:
The "a# the ara 'il&s p is also$ totall# nlike the "a# an
after i%age appears. It 'il&s p$ %shroo%ing 'right colors
fro% 'are skin ! it &oes not (st fa&e slo"l# into sight ! it
gro"s 'efore #or e#es. The colors of a li)ing ara &o not

&eepening an& gro"ing 'righter. The# are one consistent
color$ fro% their first appearance as a thin otline$
highlighting the etheric ara$ close to the skin$ to their
fll si@e ! often %ore than t"o or three feet "i&e. Aras
are also$ not (st a slight otline of color aron& the skin$
