Observations

Slight Corrosion observed on radiator fins near stiffeners and base
skid of the transformer.
Repair Work Carried Out
The corroded areas were initially treated with emery paper to clean
up. Then the residue corrosion was cleaned by applying "sunphos
I 17" rust remover. Then as the anti-corrosive treatment CRC single
component zinc rich compound with epoxy binder was applied to
build up the primer coat to 70pm. Then RAL 9002 was used to build
up the top coat to atotal of 140 pm by spray painting.
