HF2480 Finstad (third engrossment) Baseball stadium financing, construction, and operation provided; Minnesota Ballpark Authority established; community ownership option provided; and Hennepin County sales tax authorized. Representative Knoblach requested that Representative Finstad begin his testimony on HF2480, third engrossment. Representative Knoblach called the meeting officially to order at 6:15 p.m. A quorum was present.
