GREEN APPLE DAY OF SERVICE AND UTC:
Over the next few weeks, hundreds of employees in the U.S., China and
India will participate in an estimated 20 projects, all as part of this year’s
Green Apple Day of Service. The U.S. Green Building Council’s Center for
Green Schools created the Green Apple Day of Service in 2012, and this
marks the third year that UTC employees will participate in the event.
Green Apple Day of Service gives parents, teachers, students, companies
and local organizations the opportunity to transform all schools into
healthy, safe and productive learning environments through local service
projects.
