 Performing corporate re-organization for major freight audit and payment company. Re-engineering the customer
support and carrier service departments to better support the rapid growth experienced over the past 12 months.
Opened office in South America and Brussels. Formed new business unit to offer existing customer supply chain
services and contract management.
 Consultant with Caterpillar Logistics for $23 million automotive operation. Responsible for redesigned Logistics call
center structure and operation, as well as, help dedicated transportation network and provided i2 knowledge.
 Launched dispatch and optimization software for Detroit based truckload carrier, performed EDI implementation on
their behalf with DaimlerChrysler Corporation, and grew business from $3.5 mil per year to $23 mil annually.
 Providing logistics consulting for $300 million Third Party Logistics company, performed business analysis to review
current operating processes and procedures, analyzed procurement function, identified cost savings opportunities of
approximately $2 mil
 Collaborated on TM management project for major furniture manufacturer based in MI. Project included complete
transportation process flow development, reverse auction for top T/L lanes, review of dedicated fleet, warehouse
network design and outsourcing, restructuring of procurement function including carrier contracts and freight audit and
payment outsource.
 Providing consultative services for software developer of transportation management applications.
 Lead consultant for $55 million Third Party and Warehouse provider, acting in role for creating a strategic alliance with
major International Third Party Provider. Project includes my client providing transportation services and warehouse
operations for clients that are $10 million or less in annual revenue.

 Managed a staff of 50 logistic and industrial engineers in support of new customers or potential customers as part of
the sales process for logistics services. Completed full logistics re-design of customers transportation network
including facility location analysis,
 Managed the design of shared healthcare network and implementation of dispatch and advance tracking application.
 Member of executive center of Excellence program for the solutions groups. Was created to develop new strategies
for offering existing and new customers additional services that would generate additional value and savings.
 Managed a team of IT and logistics specialist in the design and development specifications for a Strategic Global
Transportation Management System in support of FedEx Corporation.
 Project lead for the migration and development of Transportation Management and Freight Optimization application.
 Project Operations lead for development of new FedEx offering – providing Service Parts Logistics. The project
started from information gathering/market research to the development of a business plan and creation of a full
service SPL offering. The potential revenue from the offering was estimated at over $90mil.
